Health and Safety:
All required safety precautions were carried out prior to and during site photography.
Handrails on scaffolding were removed at the time of photography for the fitting of rafters. Photographers took all necessary steps to ensure safety. RAMS where created and followed. Full PPE and fall arrest was used.
Pasquill are not responsible for site safety.
3D Model Comparison:
In some locations, the photograph and the 3D model do not align perfectly. This is due to placement discrepancies during a manual process and does not reflect on the accuracy of the 3D model or site work.
Several areas appear different in the photographs to the 3D model such as the following;
• Loose rafters not yet installed in vaulted area.
• Internal partitions and windows are not shown on the Pasquill model.
• Trusses are not yet cut for Velux windows in the photographs.
• Valley trusses, bridles and bracing not complete at time of site visit.
• Gable ladders were made on-site and were not supplied by Pasquill so appear different in the model.
• Strongback Posi braces were not yet fitted at the time of photgraphy.
• Girder fixings were not yet fitted at the time of photgraphy.

Our Pasquill Inverness branch supplied the design, manufacture and delivery of Raised Tie Trusses, Posi Joists and Glulam Beams to the two story dwelling with spectacular views of the Scottish Highlands.

The Raised Tie Trusses required a stacked top cord to allow for the ceiling height specified by the Architect.

Posi joists were designed to sit straight onto the timber kit. The glulam ring beam has been supplied by Pasquill to enclose the floor.
Truss to be cut and supported by a 2 ply 47x222 timber bridle.
The bridle is then hung from the girder trusses either side which are designed to suit the point loads imposed by the opening.
Gable ladders were not supplied by Pasquill and were fabricated on-site.
Loose rafters and a Glulam ridge beam supplied by Pasquill are to be used to create a high vaulted ceiling over what will become the dining and living areas.
